Born out of the pandemic, Split Lip, an Eat Place became a platform for classically trained chefs to conceptualize and cook casual food through their professional lens’. Inspired by a city full of transplants, we highlight hyper-regional food alongside the stories, secrets and legends these dishes hold. Our goal is and has always been to tell an American story through food.
