An authentic Belgian-style white ale, this Rascal is unfiltered and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curaçao orange peel producing a refreshingly zesty classic ale. As our flagship beer and silver medal winner of the Belgian Witbier category at the World Beer Cup 2018, we pay tribute to the history and time-honored tradition of the steadfast Belgian Witbier by brewing White Rascal with the same Belgian ingredients used by 15th century brewers from the village of Hoegaarden. The tales and images of demons are popular in Belgian folklore and we follow suit with our own White Rascal.

BCD Spiced Rum is handmade using our award winning Silver Rum and infusing it with our own blend of vanilla, orange, clove, all spice, pepper corn, and ginger. Nothing artificial in here. We like it neat or mixed in a cocktail. Try a Spiced Stormy in the tasting room or make one at home by using BCD Spiced Rum in place of the dark rum in your next Dark and Stormy.

BCD premium Silver Rum is carefully distilled from a wash of evaporated cane juice one batch at a time using our copper hybrid pot still and then chill filtered. The result is a brilliant silver rum that can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or mixed in a cocktail.

Soft, lush and intensely juicy, the Juice Drop collection of hazy IPAs are bursting with hoppy aroma and flavor. In addition to a tangerine-citrus hop profile, we dropped in an experimental hop known as HBC 472 in each iteration. This exciting new variety – resulting from open pollination of a wild American hop – intensifies the tropical hop layers without adding to the hop bitterness and is responsible for a distinct coconut like characteristic.

This unique version of our monstrous Yeti Imperial Stout is aged for at least 12 months in whiskey barrels from our friends and Denver neighbors at Laws Whiskey House. The aging process produces a hugely complex but mellowed Yeti, with its signature roasted notes, hints of vanilla and oak, and spirit-influenced finish.
